Design, layout and marketing advice on a new 100,000 sq ft office and retail building. Personally, identified and led the negotiations on a pre letting of the entire building, three months prior to PC, to Framestore, for their new London HQ.

Lead agent in the design, refurbishment, leasing and marketing advice on a 58,000 sq ft HQ office building. The building was comprehensively refurbished achieving a BREEAM rating of Excellent. The building was shortlisted for the BCO office refurbishment award. Working closely with the asset manager and legal team the building was successfully let to 4 tenants, including, Engine Group and Dreamworks.
