Stage are delighted to have been appointed to work with Shaftesbury on the repositioning and leasing of the office floors at 77 St Martins Lane.
As part of the client team, which includes D&B contractor Stoica, and joint agents Farebother, we will be looking to optimise the floor plate efficiency. In addition we will be looking to design a stylish new fit-out which blends fixed workstations, meeting and client space and of course lots of collaboration areas.
The works will be undertaken in the second half of 2021 in order to be ready for occupation at the beginning of 2022, in time for the return to the office stampede!
